Product overview:
Maxcut 20 is a high-performance semi-synthetic cutting fluid in the Maxcut series of high-performance semi-synthetic metalworking fluids. It is an environmentally considerate product free from harmful substances including heavy metals, nitrites, diethanolamine, chlorine, NPE and aromatic hydrocarbons.
Performance:
Proprietary additive-blending technology provides excellent hard-water resistance. Biological stability has been specifically optimized and enhanced, providing a service life of more than one year.
Applications:
Excellent aluminum corrosion compatibility and lubricity make it suitable for demanding machining operations on a wide range of metals.
Packaging:
170 kg drums; 1-tonne IBC containers.
Unsuitable applications:
• Not suitable for extremely heavily loaded cold heading or fine-blanking/forming processes. Do not use as a neat forming oil or rolling oil, or as engine oil or hydraulic oil.
