PetroNexus Blue Engine S1 is a high-performance stationary gas-engine lubricant designed specifically for stationary gas engines requiring low-ash lubricants. These engines operate under high loads and are highly sensitive to valve recession. They require specially formulated lubricants with strong nitration and oxidation resistance, particularly under stoichiometric and lean-burn operating conditions. PetroNexus Blue Engine A1 Gas Engine Oil is blended from deeply hydrotreated base oils and specially selected additives to provide outstanding protection under these conditions and help extend drain intervals.

Performance:
1. Specially selected detergents and dispersants prevent deposits and keep engine components clean.
2. Outstanding oxidation and nitration resistance, together with resistance to lubricant thickening, help extend drain intervals.
3. Advanced antiwear additives effectively protect engine components operating under severe conditions.
4. An improved formulation maintains total base number stability, while enhanced corrosion inhibitors provide protection under extremely corrosive conditions.
5. A low-ash formulation is specifically designed to reduce combustion-chamber deposits, valve burning, spark-plug fouling and cylinder-liner scuffing.
6. Low phosphorus content helps ensure the service life of catalytic-converter systems.

Applications:
• Recommended for high-output two-stroke and four-stroke stationary natural-gas engines requiring low-ash lubricants.
• Stationary gas engines operating under lean-burn conditions and stationary gas engines equipped with catalytic-converter systems. Note: applications involving high CFC levels or acidic gases may require lubricants with a higher base-number reserve.

Packaging:
170 kg drums; 1-tonne IBC containers.

Unsuitable applications:
• Not for automotive gasoline or diesel engines. Not suitable for highly acidic biogas applications with high CFC levels; select a high-TBN gas-engine oil for those conditions. Do not use as gear oil or hydraulic oil.
