Product overview:
PetroNexus Fusier B500 Heat Transfer Oil is formulated from refined, narrow-distillation-range mineral base oils and multifunctional additives. It is suitable for open or closed heat-transfer systems with forced or natural circulation, at maximum temperatures not exceeding 300°C.

Performance features:
1. Narrow distillation range and high initial boiling point.
2. Good high-temperature oxidation stability and long service life.
3. Excellent high-temperature thermal stability.
4. High specific heat capacity and good heat-transfer performance.
5. Good low-temperature fluidity.
6. Good compatibility with system materials; does not corrode equipment.

Applications:
• Suitable for open or closed heat-transfer systems with forced or natural circulation. It can be used for heating and drying processes in industries such as wood processing, textile dyeing and finishing, food processing, chemicals and solar energy.
• Operating temperature range: -20°C to +300°C in closed systems.

Packaging:
170 kg drums; IBC containers

Unsuitable applications:
• In closed systems, do not operate continuously above 300°C. Not suitable for service above 300°C, which requires a synthetic heat-transfer fluid. Do not use as gear oil, hydraulic oil or engine oil. For open systems, inert-gas blanketing of the elevated expansion tank is recommended to slow oxidation.
