Product overview:
PetroNexus Vandeg LG is a premium slideway oil series developed for modern high-efficiency machine-tool slideways. High-quality base oils and additives provide excellent antiwear and extreme-pressure performance, low friction, adhesion, filterability and water separation. It offers outstanding resistance to oil degradation and effectively inhibits rust on machine-tool surfaces even in the presence of water-based cutting fluids. It is particularly suited to slideway lubrication at low speeds and under heavy loads, effectively reducing stick-slip and improving surface finish and workpiece dimensional accuracy.

Performance features:

• PetroNexus Vandeg LG Slideway Oil 220 is recommended for large machine tools, particularly those operating at higher guideway pressures, and for vertical and inclined slides and guideways.

Unsuitable applications:
• Do not use in internal-combustion engines. Do not use as a dedicated gear oil for extremely heavily loaded gears. Not suitable for food-contact processing applications; the product has no food-grade certification.
