Product overview:
PetroNexus Flushing S1 Oil is a premium flushing oil formulated for system flushing. Blended from refined paraffinic base oils, antifoam agents, pour point depressants and demulsifiers, it offers a good viscosity index, excellent foam control, demulsibility and corrosion protection. Because it contains no extreme pressure or antiwear additives, it is limited to flushing procedures during initial equipment installation and maintenance. The flushing oil is highly compatible with various mineral hydraulic oils, gear oils and circulating oils, reducing the number of subsequent oil changeover steps.

Performance features:
1. Light in color and low in viscosity for easy circulation and flushing.
2. Good solvency and low-temperature properties.
3. Good compatibility with conventional seals and metal materials.

Applications:
• Recommended for flushing a wide range of industrial machinery systems, including during equipment installation and after equipment servicing.

Application limitations:
• Must not be used as a lubricant for continuous operation: It contains no antiwear or extreme pressure additives and cannot carry operating loads. Do not use in engines. Not suitable for seals in synthetic oil systems; conduct compatibility testing beforehand.
