Marine Medium-Speed Engine Oil 3012 / 3015 / 4012 / 4015 is developed for the lubrication requirements of four-stroke medium-speed diesel engines. It is precisely blended from deeply refined base oils and a dedicated multifunctional additive package. It meets both cylinder and crankcase lubrication requirements and is especially suited to the higher operating temperatures and pressures of modern four-stroke medium-speed diesel engines. It provides stable, reliable lubrication for marine main and auxiliary engines.

Performance features:

• Excellent thermal and oxidation stability, together with high-temperature detergency and dispersancy, reduces deposits, effectively inhibits varnish formation and keeps engine components clean.

Applications:
Suitable for lubricating four-stroke medium-speed marine or land-based diesel engines operating on diesel or distillate fuels.
• 3012 / 4012: for diesel and distillate fuels with a sulfur content below 0.5%, and for lightly loaded medium-speed engines in inland-waterway and coastal service.
• 3015 / 4015: for heavy oil and fuel oil with a sulfur content below 1.5%, and for heavily loaded medium-speed marine diesel engines in coastal and ocean-going service.
