Product overview:
PetroNexus Kingve PAG is a series of high-performance synthetic industrial gear oils offering outstanding lubrication and load-carrying capacity under severe operating conditions, including shock loads. These products are formulated from water-soluble polyalkylene glycol (PAG) base oils that provide excellent micropitting resistance, thermal stability, low-temperature fluidity, extreme-pressure performance and oxidation resistance. The combination of very-high-viscosity-index base oils and high-performance additive technology delivers excellent thermal and oxidation stability, scuffing protection and micropitting resistance over a broad operating-temperature range.

Performance:
1. Outstanding load-carrying capacity and micropitting resistance protect gears against scuffing and wear, extending equipment service life and reducing maintenance costs.
2. Excellent thermal and oxidation stability improves system cleanliness and extends maintenance intervals.
3. Excellent rust and corrosion resistance supports trouble-free equipment operation.
4. Good compatibility with most seals and paints.
5. Good high-temperature oxidation stability helps reduce deposit formation, improve system cleanliness and extend drain intervals.

Applications:
• ISO VG 150–680 grades meet Siemens (Flender) T7300 A+B specifications and are suitable for Flender helical, bevel, worm and planetary gear reducers.
• ISO VG 320 was developed specifically for lubrication of wind-turbine gearboxes manufactured by Hansen, Flender, Rexroth, FAG and others, in equipment for which premium lubricants of this type are recommended.
• Heavy-duty enclosed industrial gearboxes operating under severe conditions, including high loads, extreme temperatures and broad temperature ranges.
• Bearings and circulating systems exposed to high temperatures.

Packaging:
170 kg drums; 1-tonne IBC containers.

Unsuitable applications:
• PAG polyether oils have poor miscibility with mineral oils and PAO synthetic oils; direct mixing is strictly prohibited. They dissolve in large quantities of water and are not recommended where severe water ingress occurs. Not suitable for direct food-contact applications.
