Product overview:
PetroNexus Tenia HFC Hydraulic Oil is a fire-resistant hydraulic fluid based on water and ethylene glycol, formulated with antiwear agents, antioxidants, rust inhibitors, antifoam agents and other additives. Under the international classification system, it is an ISO-HFC water-glycol fire-resistant hydraulic fluid.

Performance features:
1. Excellent fire resistance supports safe use at high temperatures or in contact with open flames.
2. A very low freezing point facilitates low-temperature starting.
3. Good oxidation stability provides long service life.
4. Good rust protection in both the vapor and liquid phases, together with protection against copper corrosion, meets rust protection requirements in both phases.
5. Long service life: Under normal operating and service conditions, service life is at least 10,000 hours.

Applications:
• Metallurgy: Hydraulic systems in coke ovens, blast furnaces, converters, LF ladle refining furnaces, ferroalloy smelting furnaces, ladles, continuous casting machines, seamless steel tube hot rolling mills, plate and strip hot rolling mills, section hot rolling mills, high-speed wire rod mills, industrial furnaces and kilns, and centrifugal pipe casting machines; hydraulic systems in continuous casting machines and hot rolling mills for nonferrous metals such as aluminum and copper.
• Other industries: Metal continuous casting machines, offshore oil drilling platforms, tire molding machinery, injection molding machines, glass forming machines, cement rotary kilns, gas producers, robots, food machinery and other environments with a fire risk.
• Operating temperature: -30 to 60°C.
• Operating pressure: Limit operating pressure to 70%–80% of the pump's rated pressure. Use at ≤25 MPa is recommended.

Application limitations:
• Do not mix with mineral hydraulic oils. Seals must be made from materials compatible with water-glycol fluids. Operating temperature must not exceed 60°C. Do not use as a conventional mineral hydraulic oil, transformer oil or quenching oil.
